The French Ambassador in Sweden visited Lindab
Yesterday Lindab was paid a visit by the French ambassador in Sweden, Mr. Jacques Lapouge. Together with Mikael Roos from the French Consulate in Malmö and Gilles Debuire from Business France, the ambassador spent two hours over lunch together with Lindab CEO Anders Berg.
The French delegation wanted to inform about the possibilities of investing in France and the different kinds of support a Swedish company can get from the French Embassy and Business France. Also they wanted to get to know Lindab a bit better in general and the company’s future plans in France in particular.
- The visits that we get to our factories and offices are important to us from a networking perspective. It is a great opportunity to keep ourselves informed and at the same time we get a chance to show who we are, says CEO Anders Berg.
- To get to meet the ambassador of France is an honour and we have a great interest in France. Lindab has been established there for many years and today we employ about 200 people in the country. The acquisitions of the French companies Nather and Froid Partn'Air during 2015 only goes to show that we are committed to keep developing our business in France, Anders Berg continues.
