The Gävle Goat is a well-known Swedish Christmas display in the city of Gävle. This year, the Gävle Goat faces stiff competition from Lindab's very own Christmas goat, which was built using ventilation products and erected at the factory in Grevie. Behind the idea is former Gävle resident Rikard Malmberg, Development Engineer at Lindab, who together with laser cutting machine operator Torbjörn Reimer ensured that the goat named Sigge came to life. Should you ever feel the urge to make your very own ventilation Christmas goat, be sure to have the following products at hand:
SR Ø1000, Ø400, Ø315 and Ø250 (body, head, neck and leg)
4 x PSU 250/630 (leg attachment)
BSU Ø125 (tail)
MF Ø125 (muff tail)
ILU Ø125 (attachment tail)
ESU Ø250 and Ø125 (endcap legs and endcap tail)
Unlike the Gävle Goat who often gets burned down, this goat is fire rated E60, meaning it can withstand fully developed (945°C) fire for at least 60 minutes. Hopefully that won’t be necessary!
